A WINTER AFTERNOON

We had such a quiet, peaceful afternoon today. My nephew, Mason was staying with us. We spent the morning watching videos, visiting the library, making playdough and then playing with it, eating lunch and reading library books.

After lunch, this is what it looked like in the family room:

~Boomer, napping in his bed right in front of the heater~

~Cleo, our cat, napping in the big comfy chair. Her head was tucked under the cushion to stay warm~
~Mason, napping on the couch with his trusty Shrek the Third DVD~
This is what it looked like outside:

I'm so excited to have gotten our first bit of snow. There is more on the ground now than in these pictures. Not enough to make life too difficult, but enough to cover everything and make us all want to stay home for the evening.

Looks like Boomer could use a little bigger bed. Looks like Cleo needs her own, and Looks like Mason is just fine where he is. (haha)
