Well, here is my first post on my first blog. I have been an avid blog reader for quite a while, and I have decided to take the plunge and try out one of my own.

My reasons for this blog:

Keep in touch with family and friends

Meet new blogger friends

Have a place to share lots of pictures

Have a diary of our day-to-day life to look back on

Learn more about the computer

Have a place to organize my thoughts

I'm sure I'll think of many more reasons, but these were the first to come to mind. Please be patient with me as I figure all of this out. I will try not to be too boring in the meantime.
